The audit is essential to secure the upgrade path and minimize downtime. The costs are based on the size of your current Odoo environment. The duration typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity.
The primary goal is to determine the technical health of your environment to ensure that you receive high-quality service and the right support. The result of the audit is either:
1.Immediate opportunity to subscribe to one of our support plans.
2.A quote for an implementation project if a cleanup/migration is necessary due to too much customization.
In that case, we propose a cleanup or migration project to make your system stable and future-proof. You will receive a detailed quote for an implementation project. These activities are outside the support plans.
No, the audit is a technical check. The action plan with solutions is reserved for the strategy sessions.
After a strategy session, you will receive a complete document with concrete solutions for each challenge. This includes:
• An overview of the areas for improvement that were identified during the session.
• A detailed description of the proposed solutions.
• An estimate of the hours needed for Odoo work or training.
• A quote for the hours that fall outside the included flex hours.
• Quotes for additional integrations or services that are not provided by us.
The flex hours can be used at the customer's discretion for training, support, and small developments. However, we recommend using them as much as possible for training and improvements. The healthier your environment, the less need you will have for reactive support. This support model focuses on continuous improvement and prevention rather than cure.
Yes, training can be organized one-on-one or in groups. The structure is always the same: a Helvert consultant gives a demo of the process, followed by guided practice and time for questions. This ensures quick, practical, and effective knowledge transfer.
At this moment, we do not have fixed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Our support is based on best effort, where we always give the highest priority to support requests.
The costs for extra hours are transparently communicated in the document you receive after the strategy session, including a quote. This provides complete clarity before the work begins.
